The Fairlee Motel rents rooms by the day and by the week. Our rooms are clean (extremely so) and comfortable. We have made extensive and ongoing renovations to the rooms. Reservations can be made by calling us on our cell phone 603-272-5008. The Motel is open year round. Room rates depend upon the time of year, number of guests and length of stay. Call us for date availability and pricing. We are a small old-fashioned motel where you park in front of your room and yes, we are the motel with a Drive-in Movie Theater in the back yard. It's open every summer with a tasty Snack Bar that serves the World Famous ThunderBurgers and more!

Each room at the motel has a private bath w/shower. Rooms also contain a small frig and microwave for your convenience. Our TVs have satellite reception from Dish Network. The room telephones have voice messaging. A clock radio beside your bed can wake you up in the morning. Circa 1960's wall speakers are near your back window in each room over which the sound of the movie playing at the Drive-in can be heard. And please remember, your rooms are non-smoking.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the small number of motel rooms we rent, all of our room reservations are prepaid and noncancellable. We are a 'destination motel, not a drive-by motel'. Meaning that most of our reservations are made in advance by people 'planning' to stay at our motel; because of our rural location we have little drive-by traffic. Our guests book their rooms early on, rarely last minute. Therefore, we will not be able to re-rent a cancelled room.
